At BOOX Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ePaper devices and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific device.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all cables, styluses, and manuals to ensure the device is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
